Zaphire Treasures Brand

Zaphire Treasures™ and Zaphire Academy™ are used by Zaphire Treasures, Inc. as brand identifiers for our products and services.

The use of the ™ symbol indicates that Zaphire Treasures, Inc. claims trademark rights in the applicable name, logo, or branding. It does not represent federal trademark registration.

Zaphire Treasures, Inc. does not currently represent that these marks are federally registered trademarks unless and until such registration is officially granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

The federal registered trademark symbol ® will not be used unless the applicable trademark has been federally registered.

No person or business may use the Zaphire Treasures name, Zaphire Academy name, logo, or branding in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, partnership, or endorsement by Zaphire Treasures, Inc.

Original Artwork and Product Designs

Purchasing a product containing original Zaphire Treasures artwork does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or copyright.

For example, purchasing a T-shirt, mug, print, 3D model, tumbler, plaque, or other product containing an original Zaphire Treasures design does not grant permission to:

• Reproduce the design
• Sell copies of the design
• Upload the design for commercial use
• Print the design on other merchandise
• Distribute the artwork
• Claim the artwork as your own

Any commercial licensing or transfer of intellectual property rights must be expressly agreed to in writing.

Zaphire Academy Educational Content

Course videos, tutorials, lesson plans, graphics, 3D files, Blender files, model sheets, worksheets, reference materials, downloadable files, and other educational content produced by Zaphire Academy™ are protected intellectual property of Zaphire Treasures, Inc. unless otherwise stated.

Course enrollment provides the student with a limited right to use course materials for personal educational purposes.

Course materials may not be copied, redistributed, resold, uploaded, republished, or incorporated into another person's educational program without written permission.

Certificate Notice

Certificates issued by Zaphire Academy are Certificates of Completion recognizing completion of a Zaphire Academy course.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, they are not:

• College degrees
• Academic credits
• Professional licenses
• Government certifications
• State-issued teaching credentials

Zaphire Academy does not represent itself as an accredited college or university unless such accreditation is officially obtained and disclosed.

Customer-Provided Artwork

Customers who submit photographs, logos, artwork, trademarks, graphics, or other materials for custom products represent that they have the appropriate rights or permission to use those materials.

Customers retain ownership of their original submitted content.

By submitting content for an order, customers authorize Zaphire Treasures, Inc. to use, reproduce, resize, edit, print, or otherwise process the material only as reasonably necessary to complete the requested product or service.

Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party names, trademarks, software, and products remain the property of their respective owners.

Zaphire Academy may provide independent educational instruction involving third-party software such as Blender.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Zaphire Treasures, Inc. and Zaphire Academy are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by the owners of third-party software or trademarks.
